As most of you know, I had mono since July, and I just recovered fully from it...meaning....I CAN WORKOUT AGAIN! Mono doesn't let you exercise as it's a danger to your spleen and liver, so it's literally been like....months....since I've done any sort of strenious activity.
I am in no way trying to lose weight, weight is just a number, its more about how you look and feel. *Proof weight doesn't matter* : I have friends' who's bodies look EXACTALLY like mine, and they weigh more and less than me, its about how it's distriubted, not the number. Okay, rant done.
So I'm starting out with zero muscle....like seriously ZERO. So I thought, what better way to get in shape, than with people who are starting from the same spot as me! (AKA people on the Biggest Loser!) *no I'm not saying I'm over weight....just saying we have the same exercise capabilities!
I went to target with my momma and picked up some 2 lb. weights (YES I'M THAT WEAK) along with an adorable yoga mat, AAAAAAANNNNNND a Biggest Loser workout DVD!
To be compleatly honest, I've only been doing it for 2 days, but I already feel sore and stronger, I lub it! Plus its super fun...is it weird I think that? Anyways I thought I'd keep a log with my improvement, as a lot of you ask to see how I stay/get in shape!
Starting weights used: 2 lb. Goal: 10 lb.
Starting time: 45 minutes Goal: 1.5 hours
Starting muscle: Less than none Goal: Beach body!!!
